During our trip, we had a really enjoyable experience at Cozy Creek Cottages. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were accommodating and we appreciated the cable channels, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The location was convenient, being so close to the mountains, the river, and Lake Junaluska.

I greatly enjoyed the special atmosphere. Booked suite, that included a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel was in a marvellous and favourable location, in the mountains. I came here for 7 nights and had a such wonderful stay.

We had our own bedroom and the room had a TV with cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge; the location by the river was breathtaking and beautiful.

Comfortable and cozy stay

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The room had a nice sitting area, a work desk, and a beautiful stone fireplace that added a special atmosphere to the place. 🔥

The location of the place was stunning, and the staff was very accommodating. We were happy to find our room had a bathtub, and the property was just a short walk to the stream, nestled in the mountains.

Everything was fantastic.

The surroundings of the hotel are breathtaking, with a beautiful creek in the back and a serene location. The cabins are spacious and comfortable; however, some impromptu upgrades wouldn't hurt. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the beds offer a comfortable night's sleep.

The after-hours phone service was not helpful and quite unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the beautiful creek view from the deck, well-stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee pods. Also loved the peacocks and chickens wandering around the property. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area.

Nothing to fault.

The stay was excellent! We loved the beautiful view of the creek right outside our door, it was very calming. the extras in the room were also a nice touch, like the fridge with the built, in ice maker and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom. We also appreciated the well, stocked kitchen that offered us the opportunity to cook a meal or two. the location was perfect and made it easy for us to explore the area.

The couch and recliner chair were not the most comfortable, and we found ourselves occasionally shifting around to find a comfortable position. the on, call service for gas logs left something to be desired.
